Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We do not ship to Post Office addresses.

Where we ship to

Our online shop operates within Kenya only.  Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kilifi via Fargo Courier (www.fargocourier.co.ke). Your order can be collected from your nearest Fargo Courier depot. We process orders within 24 hours and delivery is a minimum of 48 hours (business days only), dependent on customer location.

Please make sure all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. We are not responsible for any undelivered or delayed in-transit parcels caused by incorrect shipping information that customers have provided.

You will receive a dispatched confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your waybill number(s).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are provided at check out. 

Rates are based on a 5km radius of the nearest Fargo Courier depot that you indicate on your delivery address. Deliveries outside this range are the customer's responsibility.

Damages incurred during shipment

If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 3 business days at info@solasola.co.ke. Any orders/products shipped back to us will be at the expense of the customer.
